The worst part is I don't get to learn about all the teams and who has what. This really kinda depresses me. I don't know about anyone else but I looked forward to it. Oh well I guess it is what it is.
...too late, I paid just so I could see the thread...I want a refund, I think its the same people posting on this site lol...what happened to JJ?

Dover in A high Scoring game! Carrolton QB will keep them in it, but Dover has to much fire power.

Translation; Ifft expects to kick their butt up and down the field so when they do it will not be that big of a deal.

56-7 dover 9 minutes remaining in the 3rd.
Not what you had in mind is it Loco.
It is going to be a long year. I'm so depressed about the way the threads are going.
Loco I feel for ya....I really do. Been there done that.

What happened with the Canton South series? It made for much better opening games with the close games, win-some-lose-some deal. This is terrible. Was scratching my head when Dover scheduled Carrollton to begin with, now I'm sure many others are.

Ouch is right. Right off bat I knew C town was in trouble. The first two scores just took the wind right of their sail.

I was thinking 28-14, 35-14 before the game began, but 14-0 after 3 minutes and it was just downhill.

agree 100% we could have helped them break in their new stadium with a big L.

I am not sure you can put Louisville and Carrollton in the same sentence, really. But its the beginning of the season and from what I heard, there is a lot of inexperience over at Louisville this year and a lot of question marks. Very impressive win for the Tornadoes. I wasn't sure how Carrollton was supposed to be this year, quite frankly. I know they struggled big time last year.

After hearing Loco tell us that Carrollton might surprise some people on Thursday night, I can say I was definitely surprised. I could not believe the final in this one. I thought both teams would light up the scoreboard, but Dover's D was able to make enough plays to keep them out of the endzone. Outside of Lowdermilk and Smith, the Warriors seemed to be overmatched.
Swinderman, Zahner and Johnson put up some serious #'s last night. It will be interesting to see how Dover adjusts in their next game, because I am sure Ashland will be focused on trying to take away Zahner, although that will be easier said than done. The O line played great, and the D continues to improve.

Who would accept a game from a school that just had to drop out of their conference and was questionable whether or not they were going to have a football team going forward up until a couple months ago?

No it wasn't swimmer. It was ugly. Dover D played a lot better than people on here said they would.just_a_swimmer;462981 wrote:56-7 dover 9 minutes remaining in the 3rd.
