That's what I was thinking too, although I thought it was about as close as it could get, I still didn't think there was enough evidence to overturn the run. At least from the angles I saw from Fox Sports.

That he can, he may deserve sometime when Orlando comes back and who is to say he will 100% when he does. Those injuries are strange that Cabrera has.

Janish has been huge in a utility role this season, as has Miguel Cairo been. The Reds would not be were they are today without them.

3 double plays in the game for Bruce. Did Sean Casey steal his uniform or something?

And there it is....
2 game lead. For a team who 4 games ago was completely 100% out of it.

They still are 100% out of it. Getting swept by St. Louis totally crushed their confidence and gave St. Louis a ton of momentum on their way out of Cincinnati.

The Reds have the 4th best road record in the major leagues, only behind San Diego, New York and Tampa Bay. Interestingly enough, the team everyone says has benefited most from their huge ballpark (San Diego) has gone 35-25 on the road, second to only the Rays in MLB. It's funny how there has always been the surprises (Braves, Padres and Reds) who have all led a lot of the year, but there was a consensus that all 3 were second best in their own division (Phillies, Cardinals, Giants). However, all 3 surprises have managed to keep it up...good to see. The Phillies, to their credit, are red-hot though, and you could argue of those 6 teams, they are the most likely to make the playoffs.
