Tiger needed a change and since he likes Hank he said "Hank I need a change.. I'm not going to fire you so I'll take the fall If you want to 'resign' " Everyone knows Hank is a good guy, but he and Tiger never seemed like a good fit to me. Tiger's swing was much better under Butch, but him and Harmon are done after Tiger threw Butch under the bus, blaming his knee on Butch's swing. I look for Tiger to hook up with Sean Foley. It's been the hot rumor now for a few months. In the practice round for the players, Tiger partnered O'Hair and Mahan and was seen talking to Foley during the round. Foley has admitted he wants to work for Tiger some day.. will they? I dunno.. but it seems as good of a match as any.

It is all alignment. Obviously his swing isn't THAT different.

Alignment and confidence. Look at phil with his 78 on Sunday. Little things make a huge difference.

i dunno dude. Obv his alignment is bad but that's mostly cuz he's compensating for his swing flaws right now. His head is everywhere, he's getting in bad positions at the top, his timing is the worst i've ever seen from him... he needs a swing coach without question right now imo.

ESPN reporting he will "accept" a captains invite to the Ryder Cup if he does not make it on points. Top 8 are in, I think he is 10 or 12.
Wow Tiger, how big of you.

If he is playing badly and doesn't think he will help the team he would decide not to accept for the betterment of the team. Apparently he believes he can turn it around in time for the event. How is that a bad thing to say? Dude can't say anything right for some people; obviously the media asked the question and he said yes I would accept--he wasn't formulating the question.

Yes, the timing is terrible from the top, but the positions have looked much better to me post-hank. He has gone to a more closed position like he used to have and most golfers today use. But alignment and timing have been killing him, along with poor confidence. Everyone needs that second pair of eyes now and then.

Now you want him to whip it out on the golf course? This and your Teen Choice Awards thread has me wondering.
