This is what I'm thinking too. None of the Miami bigs are tough enough to take a beating from the Celtics all night. Toughness has been a theme in the NBA Playoffs the past few years, and this Miami team seems pretty soft.

people can talk about how washed up shaq, JO, and Garnett are but fact of the matter is besides Bosh, everyone of the Celtic bigs are better then the rest of miami's bigs

Boston proved last year that no matter what, you can't count them out. I won't sleep on them again.

We'll agree to disagree, I just don't see it at all from Boston. Don't get me wrong, it would be a damn good series. I warned people about sleeping on Boston last year, I won't make the same mistake as others. I just don't see Boston's big's being so much better and pounding on the Heat. NOBODY at the C position should scare anybody on the Heat. Perk probably won't be in great shape at any time next year. JO is not a physical player at all. He shots the 14ft'er or goes left. He'll still get a block a game, I'll give him that. Then Shaq. He's a chemistry issue, whether it be style or attitude. Are they deep? Yeah, with average guys-- which is fine. Miami is just that, maybe a bit less-- which is fine. When JO is in, I wouldn't be surprised to see Haslem guard him and do a very good job on him. When Shaq is in, they'll put Z's height on him. Joel could play against either of them. I'll take the Heat at PF everyday, no questions asked. I would take the Heat down low over the Celtics. The Celtics are deeper, but I'll take the elite talent with solid depth over good talent and deep depth. I just get the sense people don't want to respect Bosh-- and it's mostly because he was on shitty teams. Pau, even though had real good stats, wasn't shit while in Memphis-- then 'suddenly' became a big deal once the LA trade made news, then has turned himself into arguably the best PF in the league now that he's part of a winning team. It's amazing how much opinions change when you're part of something great. I'd say the same will be said for Bosh if they win, but I don't see people ever giving those guys respect.

Pau became a big deal because he fit the system to the t and worked to become the best possible player he can be.

Their games are just so different, Bosh and Gasol. I remember Pau's first game with LA, I believe we played @ NJ. Looked like he had been here for 10 years.

I'm just not sure Bosh's game fits with that of Wade and James.

That's where I disagree. I think Bosh is someone that can play off the ball and doesn't demand an offense to go through him. He will score off of finishing around the rim, rebounding, running the floor and the occasional post move.

I don't think the Heat adopt Dantoni's offense, but I think they play at a really fast pace, because they will be so good offensively, they will try to get as many possessions as possible, and Bosh is perfect for a game that is up and down.

That's something I won't overthink. He's playing with two of the best passers that aren't PG's. I imagine he'll have no problems getting worked into the offense in a way that flows.

Pau became a big deal because he got on the big stage. His game didn't change from from one year, but his teams sure did. People finally took notice of what a great player he was. Nobody really notices how good a guy is when he's not making the playoffs, and at times, they like to use it against him. That is no disrespect to Pau at all, more of a slam at us fans.

I'd say Gasol's game has changed a lot in the past 2 years.

Yeah, he still comes around. Not as much as when he first got there, but he has lapses. Bosh will go through the same stuff, but a great leader in Wade will let him know he's gotta have a chip on his shoulder.
