^Exactly. You have to just hit the deer and take the damages unless you can stop.
This is terrible news, I hope it ends with good news. Prayers be with you buddy.

Best of luck to the youngster. Keep the faith, a few years back, a football player from Indian Creek tackled a kid from Youngstown Woodrow Wilson and his head was too low. He fractured his C3, shattered his C4, and fractured his C5 bones. He was paralyzed from the neck down. I carried him off the field and took him to the hospital, after seeing the X-rays I never thought the kid would walk again... 10 days later he walked out of the hospital and was eventually cleared to play baseball in College. The kid had a strong will and a big heart. Miracles do happen, just keep the faith.

Prayers from Columbus!
Pooter and SQ, I know it's the right thing to do to just hit the deer, but it's also instinct to try and avoid it. I'm sure this young man instinctly swerved out of the way. Very sad story.

I would love to be there to pray for Jake along with the others, but I will not be able to make it today. I will pray for him from my place. My wishes for Jake's speedy recovery and be as fit as he was before. With prayers from so many people God will surely lend an ear to our prayers and bless him. Keep up the good spirit going.
