Could this be a mis-print and one game is going to be at 2pm? Looks like D3 gets a windfall with 3 teams to get regional berths, while D2 and D4 only get one, even though they have way more than half as many teams as D3!

One should be at 2pm.

And I agree that D2 and D4 somewhat get a screw job with just one out but if you give two out thats one district champ for each 9.5 team in D2 and 9 in D4 and that's a smaller ratio than the rest of the districts usually 11 or 12 teams per district champ would have which is also unfair. There is no perfect systems.
