Shake Weight would be good. A vacuum cleaner or a mop would be good too. Just don't get her a frying pan or she might just hit you with it!

Well, it would only last for seconds.Upper90 wrote: True, with me, getting naked is NEVER free.
Oh, wait....you meant she'll forget it seconds after it's over?
Well, I can't deny that it would probably be best for all involved parties if she did...

Is it bad that I'm seriously considering getting my fiancee either a steamer vacuum cleaner or an elliptical machine?
To be fair, she's talked about getting both recently.
Ladies...which one would be less likely to put me in the dog house?

Ummmmm, I think either one is going to put you there. Talking about getting a steam cleaner or an elliptical machine for her is great - getting them for her Christmas is a disaster waiting to happen. So essentially you're telling her she a) isn't a good enough house keeper, or b) too fat. I'd seriously re-think this idea.sherm03 wrote: Is it bad that I'm seriously considering getting my fiancee either a steamer vacuum cleaner or an elliptical machine?

I know I have a lot to learn.
But, if someone tells me they want something, that's what I'm gonna assume they want

But you're not thinking like a woman. Whatever seems reasonable and rational to you is completely idiotic to them. What you have to understand... is whatever you think makes sense... do the opposite.darbypitcher22 wrote: I know I have a lot to learn.

LOL, Fly4Fun. That's one way to put it. Like I said, I would never ask for jewelry or a massage or anything like that because I can't justify spending good money on something like that. But, in reality, that's what I would most like to have. I know it's confusing (to say the least), but such is the female gender.Fly4Fun wrote:But you're not thinking like a woman. That's the one thing I hate about women: its almost impossible for them to be completely rational.

I've got a present for your wife, if you know what I mean.
(No one had gone that route yet, though from me, it's not that convincing.)

You should be thanking him for not buying you tickets to see the Indians..and you think jewelry is a waste of money???bs1234 wrote: Here's the problem as I see it....
I am a female. I was very clear to my ex what I truly wanted for my birthday, Christmas, etc.
He never would buy it for me.
All I wanted was tickets to go see an Indians game. I would say, that is all I want....
Never happened. So, I would just buy myself gifts and bring them home and tell him to wrap them for me because that is what he bought me for Christmas.
Very, very sad. I guess that's one of the reasons that it states ex.
As a female, I am not into flowers or jewelry. Waste of money to me.
