Love it. If you swallow some listerine while gargling you prob would blow a .08.

I actually like the idea although I think having it to .15 is a little high I'd say .08-.12 would be good. Its pretty much how when you get an underage you can go to a diversion program and then get it expunged from your record. Of course having that "blow and go" system(Yeah I laughed when I read that in the article) put in your car would probably be a lot more expensive than a diversion program is.

I think it's a great idea, and not just because I have an OVUAC on my record. The majority of people don't quite understand how low a .08 is. I will say a .15 is too high, you're intoxicated at that point--and more importantly you know it; .08-.12 sounds about right, as previously mentioned.

Between the blow-and-go system and then the charge that the court would impose to actually have the DUI expunged, I'm thinking this is a hell of an idea to generate money for the counties/state.

I'm not saying it's cool. I'm just saying it's pretty apparent to me why they would do something like this.

This is a good idea. No need to give someone a world of legal hurt and damage job prospects for blowing a .09.

I think .15 is too high, but between .08-.1 would be reasonable.

If i wanted to get a "cool story, bro" I would tell you my experience with the WV patrol in downtown Charleston while they were attempting to profile us, but instead they ended up eating a giant helping of crow.
