So the Phillies have won 13 of 15 games. and 5 in a row!!! They have swept 3 of there last 4 opponents, and have started out taking game 1 from the Mets. They have also won 12 in a row at home. The Phillies currently sit 1 1/2 games behind the Braves and the Braves are losing tonight to the Giants.

Not so fast my friend. Alex Gonzalez just took Zito deep to tie the game at 1. While the Phils are getting games gift wrapped to them ("foul" ball in Miami last night) the Braves are dealing with the likes of Lincecum and Zito.

Both the Phils and Braves had an unlikely 9th inning comeback against the Reds. We'll call those a wash.

No I don't concede, because was it really a blown call....hmm some of the MLB people don't think it was.....because there is no angle that shows it a Fair ball or Foul Ball so you have to believe the ump.....So No

ball bounced in fair territory before the base, then bounced 6 inches into fair territory past the base. Please explain the physics of this being a foul ball. Magic bullet theory?

You can't argue with the UMP he is the only one with the best view of it. Everyone else is 2nd opinion. No replay shows that it was a fair or foul ball.

"I was right on top of it, and it was wide of the bag," he said. "What the ball did when it went past me is irrelevant. ... I understand that's the winning run, but in my opinion it was foul."

The first 2 bounces of the ball are on the line the 3rd in fair play so the ball did have some movement on it.

Sure isn't....because even if he knows he is wrong or right, we will never no because of the camera angle...

Hudson and Wagner team up for a 3-0 shutout of the Giants while Santana and KRod throw a shutout at the Phils. Jeff Francouer's solo HR accounted for the only run of the game. Lead back to 2
