Boise got a late FG and after an unsuccessful onside kick..we ran out the clock. 28-21 Utah. Final. Wynn threw a couple late INTs that were costly..but the Utes held on. Great win for the boys. Coach steel had this to say...

The story of the game was the Utah run defense..last week they gave up over 100 to UNLV on the ground, but tonight Boise managed just 17 yards on 13 carries. Coach Steel attributed this to practice.
'We knew Moore was gonna get his. But we wanted to make the 1 dimensional. We did that and even though Moore threw for 280, we picked him off twice. It started up front with the big guys getting off blocks and stuffing the run. Once you stop the run, it makes defense a whole heck of a lot easier.'
