Steubenville has to contain Mooney's run, period. If they break off big ones against us, we're in trouble. Having said that, I think if Big Red can contain the run, we'll be in business with a chance to win it. We have to be able to mix it up on offense, both pass and run. I know we played against some great competition this year, but this is probably going to be the best overall team that we've played against. I must say, though, that I still think that the QB from Inkster is and will be the best we will see all year. He's going to Michigan for a reason, and it's not because he's average.

Our kids have gotten satisfied just beating out Joe Smoe beside him these last few years... They've never witnessed what hard work in the off season could do.... Maybe this will generate some fire....

I seem to remember a lot of Big Red people posting on the Salem/Granville thread--why is it that everywhere I go, I can't say anything without Salem being brought up afterwards? Since I'm from Salem and my team is out then I can't have an opinion? I'm picking Mooney to win, it's pretty funny how I stand out isn't it? Why is it that everytime I say anything you guys get your panties in a bunch and bring up something totally irrelevant--like the Salem Quakers.

I would think that if my team got knocked out of the playoffs.... I'd root for that team.... That way we knew.... there was only one team better than us for sure....

LOL why would I root for them? Especially after the way I've been treated around here by Big Red huddlers. Most arrogant fan base in Ohio. And it has nothing to do with who I'm rooting for, it has everything to do with me believing Mooney is the better team.

Most people in Salem figured we were going to lose that game, but we weren't going to type it out--we stood behind our guys.
