He booked the room weeks in advance, via telephone, in the room right next to hers....on two separate occasions. I think it's pretty clear someone told him where she was staying and allowed him to book the room adjoining hers.

The issue is whether Andrews has a reasonable expectation of privacy in a hotel room. Which shouldn't be hard to argue. And whether revealing where she was staying to a complete stranger without notifying her constitutes negligence, which I think is again pretty clear.

I find myself most agreeing with 2kool on this one. Let's be real. EA is a hot chick working for a national network. I doubt this (and the previous place) have been the only message boards in the world where 5-10% of people are talking about how they've done better while the other 90-95% are talking about her like they'd kill their parents for a night with her. Of female celebrities, I'd look at her as prime stalker material because she works a high-profile position in a predominantly male industry (big-time sports, where men coach, participate and watch at a far higher percentage than women). The concept of (if true) a hotel employee giving out ANY info on her whereabouts is utterly insane.

I had Blackwell as a Marketing Prof in the 80s and the guy was a complete prick. Anybody whoever took this DB's class loved it when the SOB went to jail for insider trading. Now the hotel which was partly donated to the University by this turd is in trouble again. I hope Andrews reams OSU over this mess.

2) There is no way in hell (after extensive research of watching the video) that Erin Andrews did NOT know she was being videotaped. She dances, does a little bounce up and down (first minute of the video), turns to the side often flaunting her ass.....no woman does that alone, in her hotel room.

CuttIng through all the legal mumbo jumbo, it would appear that someone allowed this guy to be in close proximity to Erin Andrews and the rest is pretty clear. I think she will get a rather quiet out of court settlement from OSU and that will be that.

Although I am not sure what she is rated I do agree with Manhattan in that she is attractive but just O.K. and is just another of many media types in terms of her craft....nothing special.

As far as what woman walks around nude, does a jig and all that I remember listening to a national radio show and that very questioned was raised. I was actually surprised at the number of women who called in and admitted to doing it too. Perhaps we should defer to the OC ladies on that---- what say you Fab4runner, CenterBHS, ytowngirl, etc.?

Yeah I know Im surprised they don't think womeone do that. I've had many friends who are girls who have admitted to walked around naked or checking themselves/dancing in the mirror naked. Although I don't get how she didnt hear that dude heavy breathing at times I mean jesus it was loud.

Let me add my 2 cents on what I think and what I do. First off I don't think she knew she was being taped. I don't think anyone wants that kind of publicity, I don't think it's a positive at least for me to have everyone in the world know what I look liked naked. Secondly, getting ready naked and dancing around I would say is normal. Most females get ready naked, at least the ones I know and my roommate back in Great Lakes would get ready in a towel, trust me she would have been naked if no roommates were around. Now I have my own room in a hotel for the past 3 weeks and until I leave in 2 weeks, yes I sleep completely naked or with just underwear on. So yes I walk around naked. Probably do weird things naked. And if someone is recording me oh well. Hope they enjoy it.

The stalker in question obviously had some line that worked well on several other large hotel chains across the country. These businesses have policy and protocol that he figured out a way to breach. He knew some info. about EA that made the adjoining room request seem plausable. This didn't just happen at the Blackwell.
