Definitely ok with him coming out now, have nothing to lose really by taking him out, have lots to lose by leaving him in too long. A team thats fighting to make the playoffs sure as shit better be able to hold onto a 7 run lead.

Turd point? I guess you are right, it wasn't a 7 run lead that was blown. It was 8-0 in the 2nd if I recall correctly
and I agree to take Volquez out. No sense at all trying to get another inning out of him in this kind of a game.

I'm not trying to act defensive, so if my response was defensive, please forgive me...i was actually just messing on my first post...I wanted to see what you'd say cuz you're usually pretty defensive..but who really cares..i'm really drunk..reds will finish 2nd behind St Louis unfortunately. braves will win the wild card, so you'll be happy.

Good way to start the 2nd half so far. Volquez looked damned good wouldn't surprise me for him to win 8 or 10 in the 2nd half.
