Brady Quinn is way better. Lebron would also be a better qb.

Honestly, Favre is going to be a name 20 years from now we will be talking about. "I remember when Brett Favre....." There are few players of our lifetimes that are going to be that way.

I buy Wrangler jeans strictly because Brett Favre endorses them.

As for the question, the answer is Nick Mangold.

All I know is that as soon as Favre signed with Minnesota, Adrian Peterson decided it was uncool to ever run for 100 yards in a game. I miss 2008 AP.

Favre mailed it in with a weak second half. Should have had multiple TDs but the offense sputtered out.

I agree that Bret Fave guy is a joke.

Brett Favre though is a hell of a QB.
Thanks lol

He is a great QB but he is not the best QB in the league. I would take Brady and Manning over him any day.
And Manning and Brees are better than Brady.

Brady can't cheat anymore, so he isn't as good as he once was.

No there is not a bigger stud in the NFL than Favre. Man crushes aside, and I was tired of the off season drama, but the old guy is finding a way to win.

Favre is the league MVP by far this season. Just look at how huge a difference his QB numbers are this season through only 11 games vs. all of the Minnesota QB's for the 2008 season combine (16 games).

2008 Minnesota QB's:

16 Games 10-6 Record
Comp Att % YDS TD INT RTG
267 452 59.1% 3217 22 17 81.5

2009 Favre:

11 Games 10-1 Record
Comp Att % YDS TD INT RTG
248 358 69.2% 2874 24 3 112.1

They drafted a rookie WR in Percy Harvin, but other than him every core player on offense was on the team last year. The receivers were thought to be sub-par, and that is why they drafted one.

Throw Favre in there and all of the sudden the same underachieving group turns into world beaters and they are thought to have possibly the best offense in the league.

The difference is Favre, and it is scary to think that a 40 year old man was able to produce more in 11 games than the entire Vikings QB roster did in all of 2008. The Vikings would not be 10-1 with Tavaris or Sage at QB, and the fact they are is a direct result of the old gun slinger raising everyone's level of play.

If he sustains this he should be both MVP and Comeback player of the year as I thought he was cooked at the end of last year. I guess it must have just been the bicep tear because he was a stud in the 11 games before it, and has been a stud in the 11 games since it was fixed.

He is going to blow up and throw 3-4 int's in a game at some point, I just hope for his sake it is in the regular season and not the playoffs.

You know what? Screw Brett Favre. He has killed everyone who took Adrian Peterson first in their fantasy draft. Minnesota keeps throwing inside the red zone instead of riding Peterson. AP has only broken 20 points twice this season. I need more than that from the first overall pick!!!!!

Nobody cares about your fantasy points.
