The estate tax is one of the dumbest policies in this country. "Well we've already taxed this money that you earned, but since you make so much of it when you die we're going to tax it again.....and we're going to tax it even more if you try to hand it down to your grandchildren." I mean it's seriously just asinine. Either tax EVERYONE when they die or tax no one. Fucking class warfare.
