I just re-read the posted article and there is no real proof of who started what.

I'm not saying it isn't sad to see a young person die, but when the article posted has no facts on what happened you can't call anyone a pos because unless you were there we don't know what happened that is for the police and lawyers to figure out. and if they did it just to kill someone then I say hang them but if there were just fighting and the kid got in over his head than its his own fault but untill there is more evidence posted here or brought about I can't agree one way or the other.

"Police said the assault occurred after the car was pulling out of a parking lot and nearly struck a group of people walking that included Kernich. The car continued down the street until the driver parked in a driveway. As Kernich’s group walked by, the suspects confronted them and assaulted three of them, police said. "

yea that sure sounds like Kernich's fault.. Im sure the kid ran over and demanded they get out of the car and have a brawl..

It doesn't matter who started it. Someone got killed, it is never ok to kill someone over a stupid ass argument. They should have kept driving away.

Well it says the suspects confronted them. But either way, I doubt they punched them a few times and he died. There is a difference between a fight and a beat down. If the story comes out that he punched him two times and he died then I will admit being wrong, but I highly doubt that is the case.

What am I reaching? There is nothing that says what happened. This is still the USA where you have to be proven guilty.

The article posted was written about him dying, the incident took place days ago.

The guys almost hit them with their car, one of them yelled to watch where they were going, they pulled over and started beating on them. There were witnesses, including an entire frat house full of guys who broke it up and held the suspects down until the police arrived. In no way did this kid ask for this to happen or deserve it. These were a couple of thugs that don't belong in a functioning society.
