1-0 in the 4th

Janish has a hit and Ruiz just missed a HR...but settled for yet his 3rd straight double off of Reds pitching

Reds can't get any runs in.

Even after (possibly) getting swept in a 4 game series the Reds are still in 1st place. The Phillies are still in 3rd.

The Reds also have Volquez and Chapman still to make their appearances. The Reds are going to be in this thing the whole season.

I don't like their chances, but if they could have got Cliff Lee.....I was really hoping he would end up there.

They also showed today on ESPN that the Reds play one of (if not the) the easiest second half schedules today... only 20-some games against teams currently over .500. Even Dusty and company will have trouble fucking that one up.

I felt like I got kicked in the nuts when Lee went to Texas. I still think adding Volquez and Chapman will make the team much stronger. Also, the rookies have been pitching ridiculously well.
