I remember talking to the guys at gamestop, they said they get a hell of a fine for selling NCAA early, and a MUCH larger fine for selling Madden early.

I'm curious how the fines work and how much it is. Because if it's just a flat fine regardless the number of early copies sold, it may be worth it. The people in Port Clinton said they have people coming from out of state to come and get it early, so I mean once the word is out that store "X" is selling it 5 days early, people flock from all over to come buy it, so profit vs. fine may be worth it.

The Toledo area Gamestops received corporate permission to sell early because local competition broke street date. They will not be fined. And the local competition (C and C Games) gets the games from a 3rd party vendor, not EA, so they won't be fined. NW Ohio may be the spot to get games early from now on.

I question how much EA really cares, because C&C pulls this shit EVERY YEAR. You think if they cared they would go out of their way to assure there is no way in hell that store can get a hold of the games.

Or, is the reason C&C has to get it third party because EA has told them to go fuck themselves and will not directly supply them?

I think they like the publicity and C&C is pretty small in the grand scheme of things. I know they guy I was talking to at the Gamestop in Levis Commons said they also got permission to sell Modern Warfare 2 early because of C&C. Either way, it benefits us. I know on the Operation Sports forum there are people from Virginia, DC, Florida, Texas, and California that have no one selling early and here in NW Ohio we have every Gamestop plus local vendors selling early. It's great and I hope it lasts forever.

Already found a glitch in the game.

Playing against my friend today, he ran play action, missed the running back for the fake hand off and just kept running backwards and couldnt stop.

I swear that is a glitch in the game like every year. That ALWAYS happens to me at least once in the year or two that I have an NCAA game.

Now that sleeper has evaporated due to LeBron's demise, allow me to give The Ohio State University a big "FUCK YOU!" for having midterms this week. Fucking ridiculous.

I am more than jealous of you who have the game. I should've stayed in Toledo for the summer just for it haha

Was looking forward to getting my copy tomorrow night at midnight...but I now have to drive up to Columbus for work at 6am Tuesday morning. Looks like I'll be picking it up on my way back to Cincy after my Droid X demo in Dublin Tuesday.

I've played with Ohio State, Pitt, and Virginia Tech so far. Dion Lewis and Ryan Williams are studs. Pryor is unreal. He throws the ball so well its almost not fair.

What I've noticed:

You can get away with playing man to man sometimes.
QBs will make poor throws from time to time, just like real life.
Receivers drop passes as they get hit.
They fixed kickoff returns. You won't be able to take 2 to the house per game this year.
You can finally cover punts without having to blast it straight up in the air.
Why they changed playcalling..I don't know. It was better the last 2 years.
The CPU doesn't make ridiculous plays on option pitches and intercept them.
Goodnight Sweetheart! No Corso this year.

Lol i found a way to take kickoffs to the house... theres a seam evvvvery time.

And Lamichael James from Oregon...is a fucking monster. As is Michael Floyd

Ive played with Mich, ND, Pitt and Oregon

But yes, covering punts, being able to play man is nice, and you have to USER intercept the pitch, i do like that because the CPU was way too good at it haha

Haven't found the seem. I've broke some nice ones, just haven't gone to the house yet. I've played twice vs Oregon so far and James is a beast. I haven't played with my boy Ingram yet, but I'm sure he off the charts.

Wow. That is incredibly ridiculous. I don't think there has ever been a defense that rounded in any year.

I love these guys online who cheat to get wins and think they are sweet. A guy named LAX on PSN, was 12-0 when I started playing last night. I played 3 games straight, a little less than 3 hours and when I was done he was 19-0. I got on this morning and he was 27-0. I played a game, finished and he's now 31-0. I'd like to see him in our dynasty.

Got mine in Toledo last night and the improvements in recruiting while playing the dynasty is crazy good. Marshal gave me a tough game right of the start because i fumbled 3 times in the first quarter. Bit I rebounded and won pretty steadily. The computers defense is much improved IMO

UPS guy brought me mine at 2:00 today. I played a little bit and it's definitely solid; even compared to the demo.

Now I actually have to get some work done
