Meh... I grew up in west liberty. Hour from Columbus, two hours from Cincinnati, long way from Cleveland. I couldn't just "go to a game" growing up. I had to watch what was on tv. I became an MJ fan and Dan Marino/Dolphins fan at a very young age. Been a Reds fan my whole life because they were the only professional sporting event we would ever attend. Fab, while it's from the heart, I think your assessment is inaccurate. I don't feel the need to root for the bengals or browns or cavs. I don't stay true to my state. I stay true to my childhood. I chose my teams then, and I'm sticking with them.

Also a hypocrite as you rooted for the Reds which means you didnt root for the Browns/Bengals because they weren't "good" at the time. Sorry dont tell me that the Bengals/Browns weren't on TV. Growing up I never went to a game either, wasn't until High School that I started going. I still developed a liking to Cleveland sports.

LOL. Home? As far as cities, Columbus is as close to "home" as it gets. I'm a Reds fan. Should I also be an Indians fan? Based on what you say, I have to be. Who the fuck cares? He roots for who he roots for. It doesn't affect your life, so fuck off.

It doesn't matter WHY he likes a team, it only matters that he likes them. Everyone has different reasons for rooting for a team. Who REALLY cares about people who only root for a team because they were successful during the time period when most people develop a strong feeling of love for a team? The only people that care are weak and insecure with themselves.


I like the Florida Gators. The reasons why are irrelevant, because if you actually give a shit that I like both the Buckeyes and Gators (a team that until 2007 no one in this state had a reason to hate) then you are a WEAK piece of shit, and I would almost feel bad for you if you weren't such a shithead.

This weeks sign of the apocalypse: rooting for the British in the Revolutionary War is the same as a person in Ohio rooting for the Miami Dolphins.

Just when I thought I heard it all, we have to read garbage from Commander saying someone doesn't deserve respect because of the team they root for.
