I feel for you. This has to sting. Those things were like gold, but I have a feeling tickets will be easy to come by next year for the Cavs.

I might actually go to a game. I haven't been to one since like 2002 or 2003 with my dad.

I am, had em since 2002 when I moved up to Toledo from Dayton. Only had a full plan 3 of those years though, I'm still renewing my tickets this year but only for 10 game plan rather than 20 like last year. First row upper corners. I doubt my friends/family will be begging for tickets so much anymore. They were never really like gold though, only for a couple games a year (Lakers, Celtics, Magic, Bron bobbleheads, opening night)

Last time I caught a Cavs game was when the Lakers and Magic Johnson was on the final day of a 10 day road trip and the Cavs pounded them .

I think I will catch a game or two next season being tickets should be easy to get.

I hope to catch them play the Nets so I can see a Cav win.

The best year was obviously 06-07 when they went to finals. There wasn't much of a season ticket base so season ticket holders could get almost as many tix as they wanted. I got 8 seats to every game. I made several grand that year.

Ever since then too many scalpers have been season ticket holders. The first round you can always get tix under face, 2nd round around face for weekday games, over face on weekends. When they went to ECF against Orlando those went for 2 to 3 times face value.

This past season was the first year almost any regular season game could be sold over face. A lot had to do with flashseats. Cavs don't use ticketmaster so it kept scalpers away a bit. The problem was you couldn't get additional playoff tickets, just the seats you had as season ticket holder.

I can get more because my tickets are front row, but I've only had those 2 years, I started out in row 8 and worked my way down.
