Cleveland supporters....biggest joke of a fanbase in all of sports....I've said it over and over.
I certainly hope you're not naive to place an entire group of people in one category.
While I don't support everything Dan Gilbert said, there certainly seemed like a lot of douchebaggery from Lebron that took place behind the scenes that Gilbert just seems itching to release to the public.
And don't tell me Lebron's hometown (team at least) isn't Cleveland. His house sits 25 minutes from the Q. I know a lot of people that live 25 minutes from downtown Chicago who consider Chicago their hometown. Akron, for all intents and purposes, is a giant suburb of Cleveland, at least the northern end in Bath where Lebron lives.
Regardless, I said on the thread I started I wasn't mad at Lebron for leaving, just with the entire way he handled this.
If he holds a small press conference in Cleveland not on national tv thanking Cleveland for their support for 7 years but now he's going to chase championships, his legacy is still tarnished by not winning on his own, but his ego and reputation don't take the major hit that they do.
