I tell you what, I'm still a fan of Dunn but I don't miss having him on the team. I love seeing him do well but I also love that Reds fans are no longer fighting over his value.

Honestly, Dunn has impressed me with how consistent he has been since leaving.

When it's all said and done, he's going to be one of the crossover's who emerged from the steroid era just as good or maybe even better than he was. The guy is 30 years old and is going to have 350+ HR's by season's end. Over the past 6 seasons, he's hit 244 HR's, or just around 40.66 per year. He's never hit more than 46 and never less than 38, and even more amazing, he averages 159 games played per year.

Never going to be thought of as great, but consistent as heck and when all is said and done, will emerge from this era at the top of many power leader boards.

pretty fair summary

His double numbers surprise me from his earlier years....in Waashington's huge park you figure.....but early on I didn't remember him being in the 30's.

And of course....smoking up the all-time K list......he is walking way less this season
