And for the boss of the last few good teams they've had, I'm putting up Cy Young winner Doug Drabek just because he was the best Pirate of the 1984+ period (when I started being a baseball fan) who was primarily a Pirate (as opposed to Bonds, who had his best accomplishments with the Giants).
