I hate to say it, but Society has a point to an extent (and I agree with wanting to stay lax to avoid becoming what we set not to be).

Just because there may not be a site member to directly offend doesn't mean it should be fair game (that's like saying if websurfinbird left the site we could then be anti-Semitic), but it is REALLY hard to draw the line, I know.

It is sometimes annoying to see people say garbage and then hide behind the cover of calling it "humor" (although very low class humor) to get away with it.

I'm glad it's not my decision on these things :p Is there a point when "grow thicker skin if you're going to be here" is forced to become "learn to speak one sentence without calling something or someone 'gay' if you want to stay here"?

I am probably the wrong guy to be addressing this since I am just a mod that cannot be offended by anything. I probably wouldn't have any rules. It seems to me that we usually just adjust on the fly, so I never give much thought to perfecting the rules. I do understand what you are saying...I just don't have an answer for you.

I remember seeing last year or so there were allegations being batered about in regards to inconsistancies in Google's policy. If I recall, the big issue had to do with the fact it took the four years to address something negative in regards to George Bush but they took down a similar situation on President Obama within hours.

Personally, I have no proof Google is liberal, I do just think there are a number of people who fall into the camp who are in a position of power within the organziation.

Only the following 4 people can post:
NCF: To talk shit about Cleveland teams while no one listens
sleeper: To randomly turn it into an argument about Ohio State vs. Cleveland
Society: To fuck with both of them in his normal way
ccrunner: To do nothing but call the other three and their arguments gay

I'd pay $12 to sit back and watch it. All the rest of the stuff on here is really just filler anyway :p
