So I had to take my truck in for repairs today. They call me at 4:30pm said its ready. Long story short new radiator, water pump, thermo, cooling system ugh!!! Anyways I get my truck and it running great. Drive to the local town-center for dinner and shopping with my lady. Only about 5 miles. A few hours later we are heading out its about 7:15pm and I go about 3 miles and smoke and coolant everywhere!! Pump the hood and the first thing we see is a hose appears to never have been hooked or wasn't hooked up right. Of course they are closed. Its fucking raining to boot. My buddy is coming out to tow me so he is about 30 mins away. I have my hazards on as it is getting dark, damn battery dies! He hooks me up I have no lights we go about 2-3 miles and its raining no lights, no wipers I can't see the tow chain. Pull over an call my other friend so he can tail us an provide hazards for me in the back. Luckily it stops raining. We get it towed back to the garage and get me home and my girl home. I have called their 800 number and filed a claim against the shop and will be back at it tomorrow. Sucks I am losing my overtime to deal with this tomorrow!! I will be hammered for the UFC tomorrow night I promise that!!

if it makes you feel better, i'm working on getting stood up by the same girl for the third consecutive day. granted, i actually went out the last two nights so they weren't wasted. but still shitty(my own fault of course).

Just replaced a speed sensor in the wheel hub of my Caddy.

Not fun nor cheap.

All fixed (no more charges to me they messed this up) and we will be discussing refunds through their corporate office!!
