Not anything that wasn't our fault, all minor things only we know about. Character flaws. We raised ours off the ground on posts, no foundation, more or less built a good solid deck and erected the cabin on top of it. There are some really good plan books available.

Yeah, I am probably going to do concrete footers. There is no way a concrete truck could get to the spot I have picked out... guess i am gonna have to mix a ton of quikrete lol
