Mike Leake vs Joe Blanton

After last night and looking at this matcfhup and their records it sure looks like another win for the Reds...but I'm a little worried about this one. The Phillies have been to the last 2 World Series...I'm not sure how motivated they are every night...but I believe they will view this as a big challenge and play a tough game....Leake is very good and Blanton is inconsistent..but I just have a bad feeling.

Utley and Rollins scare me....with a side of Werth.

The Reds starting pitchers seem to build off each other..Cueto pitched amazing last night, I expect Leake to try to one-up him.

I like the Reds in this one, 4-0

Reds win 3-0. Leake goes 3-3 with 3 solo shots.

You really should do crazy odds like that for every game.

Like "Votto hits for the cycle" 1:100,000
or
"Leake throws 3 pitches in the 4th inning" 1:200,000

As do I. Throw in the occasional insane bet that's a near-definite loss, but if a miracle happens, someone's getting vRich.

It's probably not serious since he played several innings with it, but if it is it could also help BP get into the all star game if he choses to sit out to rest it.

How many innings did Hanigan play after he huirt himself going into 2B from which he has yet to return?

The insane bet would make anyone rich if it happens....and just by putting 1 vbuck on it....but of course I'll do it. It's vbucks...and supposed to be fun.

I'll do it on my next game pick.

UTLEY is now on the 15 day DL...WOW was that whol play tough on the defending NL Champs...not only was it a bad call at a big time....Utley could miss just like Hanigan and that would be tough on the champs.

Utley being out will GUARANTEE Phillps making the all-star game

Polanco also placed on the DL. Both will be out when the Reds go to Philly before the break. That should make Rolen a lock for the ASG as well. At least 3 Reds on the team.

Rolen is giving Cairo his spot in the lineup tonight so that he can face Halladay tomorrow...what a man.

Also, today is the Reds last night game for 5 days

After starting the inning off with back to back walks Brian Schneider's 2nd HR of the season gives Philly the 3-1 lead

Nice super-slo-mo on the play into 3B. Where was it last night on the Utley injury so we could see what happened and see if the ump missed the call!

Cabrera solely focused on getting the run in from the first pitch. Too bad other players try to do to much in that situation and don't think about trying for a ground ball until they have two strikes, and then they get snookered for a non-RBI out, if they don't pop it up before getting to two strikes.
