Are you upset with the behemoth known as the United States Tax Code or are you upset that others have made conscious decisions to engage qualified lawyers and accountants to figure out legal ways to pay their legal amount? Or maybe you're mad at yourself that you haven't done such? You do realize that corporations, such as G.E. have employed hundreds of such types to reduce their tax burden to nearly 0%. You know that Berkshire Hathaway, driven by Leftist God-send Warren Buffet, is actively pursuing paying as little in federal tax as is legally possible (although the IRS is claiming they owe several million in back-taxes)? Are you mad at G.E. for taking the wherewithall to learn how to not pay taxes? Do you know why corporations relocate to the U.K. but still manage their operations from the U.S. (hint...it has to do with the 35% corporate tax rate)?
I get it that you're mad as hell that people aren't paying their fair share (as defined by you/Pelosi/Obama/whoeverthefuck) and are somehow cheating. Maybe...just maybe...your anger should be directed at those that have chosen to tweak, twist, manipulate, reward, subsidize, corrupt, edit, and modify the tax code itself. Maybe we should move to a flatter tax type structure so that fairness can be more...ummm...ahem...transparent.
