Saw it live, well taped delay on Fox. I thought it was awesome, but a legit racing accident. Kubica (the lead car) was being lapped by Webber, and tried to get over, but Webber going so much faster closed too fast and could not correct for Kubica's changed line.

The crash looks bad, but actually wasn't that bad. All the energy was absorbed in the top section intake and then the sidepod as he hit the tires. Still, looked awesome.

But, the bigger issue is the pace of the new teams in F1. Next year, or maybe even at the end of this year, F1 will put the 117% rule where cars have to go at least a certain speed in comparison to the leaders. Because teams like Lotus and Virgin are simply too slow right now, causing accidents like this one.
