Man, bet that kid got one hell of a buzz! Unless it's really Verne Troyer.

If they're dumb enough to let their baby do they, they're dumb enough to put it on Facebook.

I have always found it odd that getting written up for an underage consumption is an M-1 and up to six months in jail and $1000 fine....and yet literally everyone one of my friends has a picture of them doing that on Facebook.

This poor baby has bigger problems that just the bong. Look at his head. It's all blurry and stuff. They need to get that looked at.

One of the replys after the story. Made me lol. :)

Some people post shit on FB because they're not that bright as far as the whole social networking thing goes...

That's because those kids are stupid. And also because no one really gives a shit about underage until you do something else stupid. And unless you're the biggest tool you're never going to see jail for an underage. Also, if the picture isn't enough evidence to prove that their parents didn't give them the alcohol then nothing could be charged against them anyway.

Well if their parent is with them they can actually drink it, isn't that Ohio law? And I'm not necessarily saying it's a bad thing, as I personally think the drinking age should be lowered to 18 or 19. But, I just think it's silly people will carelessly post pictures of themselves doing illegal activity on Facebook.

Also, this is just great.

The stupidity of high school kids posting pics of them drinking underage is less about legal repercussions and more about being affected in other ways. I know tons of people who got suspended or kicked off sports teams for pics they put on Facebook or because of things they wrote on there about teachers and other students. You also hear all the time about people losing their jobs or not getting hired because of what they have on their profile. It just lacks common sense a lot of the time. People post stuff that they wouldn't otherwise make public or admit to certain people because for some reason they seem to think that Facebook is super private or that it doesn't count.

I think it is because they also don't understand how privacy settings work. For example a lot of people don't realize that the default setting for sharing photos (i believe) is to include friend of friends. Unless you set your album to friends only or selected friends, your girlfriends mom (that she is friends with) could very well see that drunk photo of you.

I limit all my stuff to friends only but even in that case I removed every photo that remotely suggests I've had too much to drink and I periodically check to make sure nobody tagged me in anything inappropriate. It's a pain, but it has to be done.

What sucks is that back in my dumb college days I signed up for friendster and my profile pic was me pouring shots off a bar. Unfortunately I used my college email when i signed up for and don't remember my password it so i have no idea how to get rid of it. I'm just hoping they get rid of that site for good.

I just don't get allure of those sites. I used myspace for a very short period of time and saw how easy it was to get sucked in. Even keeping it private there was always people finding me, friends invites, messages, photos, etc.....I said to myself really do I want all this out there???? I deleted the myspace and haven't used any of those sites again.

I had Myspace for a while and thought it was alright because I found a few people that I hadn't talked to in a long time but then it got old quick so I deleted my account and haven't went back. (It's not too hard to do chs redskins) Someone told me I should try Facebook about a year ago so I did and I didn't care for it but then I tried it again a couple months ago and I actually don't mind it now. I have found people I graduated with and family that I haven't talked to in a long time.

IMO if I haven't talked to someone in a really long time there is probably a reason for it LOL

I love facebook. It's pure entertainment. I don't hardly ever post anything just read what everyone else post. My favorites are those people posting from cell phones during work hours about how much they hate their jobs and their boss. Especially knowing many employers will check that stuff.

You can always flip the privacy argument around. I have a ton of shit on FB and no one will ever see it if I dont want them too... To not use FB because you dont like it is fine. To not use it because your afraid stuff is gonna get seen that you are just lazy and dont want to make sure it cant be seen.

I don't use it because I don't get why people need to let everyone know what they are doing every minute of the day. Why they have to show all their pictures to everyone, private friends or everyone. Why they feel the need to reconnect with people they haven't talked to in years, hell mostly they are school people you probably didn't like or hang with anyways but now its time to catch up?

My girl always brings up this site when I rag on her about facebook but I tell her this is totally different and my time on here is about 90% at work, not home.
