how in the fuck does GHANA WINS take the win? yes they won but they won in Extra Time and the OP said Extra time does not count...shouldnt DRAW have won?

I paid out manually those that bet on a draw. Those those picked Ghana to win will just get to keep their bets.
This is also just a trial run to get our feet wet with the system. I will likely end the first period at the end of July and reset everyone back to 500 on August 1. Winner will likely get a $10 Amazon giftcard or something for this first go round.
