Are you going to be able to change playbooks or are you stuck with system you are in? Its seems like they are focused on this system thing this year. I usually find one or two playbooks I like a year and learn them inside and out.

Im sure you will be able to choose your own playbook you wanna use and what style of team you are just like in previous years. They just seem to put all of this into more detail this year and have a better focus as of what style you have.
