You may be able to come to the game but the tailgate will be 21 and over only.

I was offline, being offline and misunderstanding a quote are two different things pal.

So I know that you guys aren't necessarily up for the drive to Go Bananas Saturday night. But this is an AWESOME weekend to catch a show. I just got home from the first show of the weekend, and Auggie Smith is hilarious! He's also recording a CD this weekend, so the show tonight was amazing...and will be great all weekend long. If you can make it to the club...this is the weekend to do it!

/shameless plug

Looking forward to seeing everyone Saturday.

The big day is tomorrow.

I am thinking for ease of watching the game (It hit me that I'd need to get a power inverter to plug in a tv to my truck) it might be best to go to a bar.

I stiil haven't gotten tickets to the game or Go Bananas. I guess I'll just get some bleacher seats for the game.

I agree that a bar would be best...just let us know where to meet.

Yeah, I don't have tickets yet either. I'll probably just buy from a street vendor right before walking in.

Looks like we can't get an early check in so we'll probably get to the bar around 3:30ish. Hopefully we don't miss anything exciting.

Go to the bar first, watch the game, and then check-in.

That's probably what we'll do. I'm sure we'll figure out a plan tonight.

Come on it's Soccer...it's not like it's a real sport (I KID)

I'll end up getting my Reds tickets on line. Either the 5 dollar or 12 dollar tickets as I like to walk around during the game. (If I'm not in the Diamond Club seats)

Then off to Go Bananas.

I'm the same way. Unless I am sitting in the diamond seats I'll buy a cheap ticket and walk around.

Change in our plans, I think....we have no one to watch the hounds, so we'll likely be trekking back after the game. However, we're meeting my fam for lunch at 1 and we'll be ready to head wherever after that.

Do we need to check IDs? I'm sure we can handle that :p

We need to pick a bar, at least to start out at.

It looks like BlackFinn has $2 Miller and Coors pints for the match. The Claddagh in Newport also has some specials going on ($2.50 Bud light, gross).

I'd rather stay on the KY side for pre-game, if only because I'll already be over there. That's also where I usually park.

I think Keystone (Covington, just across Roebling Bridge) has buckets for $10 or something like that.

Are you guys staying in Covington? If so, Covington is cool with me. Molly Malone's is also doing something for the Cup, I hear.

Nope. If you'll read my previous post, I don't think we're staying :p. We are meeting my fam for lunch in Bellevue though.

Coco's is also right down there, or there's always the million bars on Mainstrausse.

I think 'cats and Fab are staying in Covington. You seem to know that area the best so I'm leaving it up to you to make the final call.
