I am pretty sure that MLS was formed in 93 or 94 to address some reservations FIFA had about a country without much of a domestic league hosting a world cup. They didn't start play until 96 but existed as an entity before that.

I figured this one was going to be the best but I didn't think it was going to be as great as it was. Totally awesome and I don't think they are going to have one better than this one.

Karen I agree the 30 for 30 series has been awesome there has only been 1 of them I didn't really care for and that was the Straight Outta LA one.

Awesome show! As much crap as ESPN gets today, they deserve credit for getting these films together.

Right now, I think the "June 17th, 1994" 30 for 30 is my favorite one so far. I really liked how they just used the news clips and no narration or voice over.

But this one looks like it could be way better.

totally agree Junr 17th 1994 was amazin i thought it was great with the video clips and no narration. i alos really like how the video clips seemed to be shown like they were present day

I don't like soccer but I knew this would be a good show. I remember when the own goal happened, we knew that guy was dead in Columbia. The '94 Belgium team stayed and trained in Ormond Beach for a month or two. There were some games in Orlando and Miami that year.

Without a doubt the best of the 30 for 30 series. ESPN has done well with this series. They were better than the movies they put out a few years ago about Dale Earnhardt and Pete Rose.

This was a very good episode of ESPN 30 for 30. The episode about "The U" was still my favorite though.

It was an amazing documentary. I was intrigued the entire time. My fav's so far about; Len Bias and Reggie Miller vs The Knicks,
