That guy in Utah was grandfathered in. Anyone who had been put on death row in Utah when the firing squad was still an option (until 2004, I think) and had stated they wanted it is still able to get the firing squad. Anyone who gets sentenced today in Utah must use lethal injection. They have 2 people left on their death row who could still have it done, or something like that.
Too bad we can't give this woman one.

This story sickens me. What kind of a woman could do this to her own daughter? There isn't a punishment that would be too extreme for this horrid woman!
