In the morning if my face is feeling a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do a 1,000 now. Afterward I put on a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water activated gel scrub -- usually tangerine, but sometimes almond spice or purple. But without alcohol. Because alcohol dries your skin out, and makes you look older. I then put on a robe and finish the rest of my routine while reading Time Magazine and thinking of genius plans or solving difficult math equations in my sleep.

Soap and water does the trick too... But if you live in Jersey Shore fantasy land, I guess the post above is for you...

I have no idea. There's a dispenser in the shower. It always has soap and shampoo in it. Whatever is in there I use. It seems to work.

This morning...I used my 4 year old's Suave for Kids Body Wash....but just because I was out and forgot to go to the store.
I used to use Gillete Body Wash but tried the new Dove stuff out. It's fantastic, smells great and lasts a long time. So I've since switched to that. As for shampoo...I just use the Suave for men.
This stuff to be exact.

Good work. This is what came to mind when I read the question, too.

What is a loofah exactly? I use one of those long brush type things so I can be sure to get my back.

I use a loofah but I don't share it. Old Spice, AXE whatever body wash, pantene pro dry scalp for the hair on top.
