She looks like she's being electrocuted in about 1/3 of the video. She doesn't look like she's rockin it for about 1/2 of the video. I know the commercial is supposed to be stylized and exaggerated, but they just took it too far with some of the shots and made her look stupid.

Just saw on O'Reilly that this was never banned. GH put the word out so people would watch it online and they'd get publicity for free. Clearly why it's not as racy as one would expect a banned ad to be.
