Yes I am assuming if Texas joins, ND would follow at some point.

1. Michigan 877
2. Texas 845
3. Notre Dame 837
4. Nebraska 827
5. Ohio State 819
6. Alabama 813
7. Penn State 811

Let me know if my numbers are wrong.

That's all time wins, I had it set up by winning percentages, which is a better indicator.

The Pac 10 would be better?

Any combination of OSU, Texas, Michigan, Penn State, Nebraska, and ND if they join is a marquee matchup.

That's correct. If they added Texas and Notre Dame you would have the top 5 winningest programs of all time and Penn State is # 7.

and I still don't care about total wins. Texas has more than Notre Dame, but has almost played 3 times more games than the discrepancy

Winning Percentage is where it's at.

A highly-placed official from a Big 12 school confirmed Friday that Texas, Texas Tech, Oklahoma and Oklahoma State will join the Pac-10 Conference once formal offers are made to them, but said that Texas A&M officials remain on the fence between joining the Pac-10 or the SEC.

Texas has destroyed two conferences in under 20 years. Let them party with their peeps in Berkeley.

Agreed. I would love for Texas to come to the Big Ten.
