So I just got my orders yesterday. Will be going to San Diego for the next 4 1/2 years of my Navy career. DDG 108 Wayne E. Meyer. Have to go to Norfolk, Virgina for 1 1/2 more months of school. Then driving across country. Can't wait I'm excited to get out of Great Lakes, been here since March 09 and actually get to the real Navy.
Need some great places to see, visit and eat at in So Cal????

San Diego is sweet! Everything you need is in the Gaslamp Quarter, lots of bars and restaurants there, nice little scene.
