There was a sushi place right outside our hotel in Nashville, and I was stoked to have some. Unfortunately, it didn't open till 5, and I was way too drunk by then, so I didn't have any. Will be heading up to C-bus soon to have some. Probably will try Akai Hana, but has anyone been to Sushi Rock?? Went to Tyfoon last time, and it was pretty good.

Not a big fan AT ALL. I always try it, but only kind I've ever cared for was a king crab version.

I live in Blacklick and it is a 10 minute drive to Mr. Sushi or 30 to Akai and we go to Akai, lol.

In Toledo Sori Sushi is my favorite. I went to a place in Columbus that my brother in laws aunt owned that was pretty good too. Don't remember the name, but it was right next to a strip club.

Love love love Sushi. Especially unagi sashimi. Mackerel, Tuna, Salmon, all so good. Some grocery stores out west sell it. I know Giant Eagle in Solon has it (as well as a few near Pittsburgh, Robinson Twp to be precise). Vonns in LA has it, but mostly California Rolls, which i'm not a fan of.

The Chinese Buffet on 5600 W in West Valley City, Utah has sushi/sashimi on their all-you-can-eat buffet for $10. I can easily eat 30 pieces there. Well worth it.

Since I'm guessing you're from Ohio, I'd say that quite a few fellow Ohioans on here don't agree.

On the other hand, way to dig a joke out of 1998.

I love Sushi restaurants, but hate Sushi.

I have tried it and hated it, however, Sushi/Japanese restaurants have some of the best steaks, salad dressings, etc. I also like tempura with wasabi and soy.

But yeah, steaks marinated in a ginger sauce...oh my thats a good steak.

Sushi Rock is in Columbus now? Lucky for everyone down in that area. Probably my favorite place although it is a little more upscale and costly. The two in the Cleveland area have a half price sushi night, one on Wednesday and one on Thursday. You should check it out on the half price day but make reservations. All your basic sushi is half price but the Mega Rolls are not.

Just looked it up, the Columbus Sushi Rock has 1/2 price on Wednesday's. And they are calling the Mega Rolls the Rock Rolls now.

I'm glad I don't live in a place where it is readily available. I'd spend $50/week on sushi.

I have a great little place right up the road and they deliver too, I have spent much $$ there, from home, and the office!
