Leake is quietly on his way to representing Cincy on the All-Star team. Unfortunately, Votto probably won't get the votes with Pujols, Howard, Fielder, Gonzalez, Heyward and others at 1B.
Tulowitzki, Ramirez or someone else popular like Rollins or Reyes will beat O-Cab out at SS, and Phillips probably doesn't deserve consideration at second.
Rolen SHOULD go at 3B, but we'll see, and despite his start, Gomes may not even be listed on the ballot in the OF.
So it could be Cueto (if he continues to go well), Arroyo, Cordero or Rhodes, but as of now, if you were picking today, Mike Leake and Scott Rolen would be the Reds all-stars.

I did my part to vote in Votto... but IMO he's the only one I could vote for in good conscience (offensively). Plenty of the guys are having great seasons, but not quite all-star seasons; at least compared to some of the guys around the league. I can see a couple of the offensive guys go as subs.
Pitching wise Cueto, Leake, and Rhodes are all deserving

Rolen deserves it at 3B.
2nd in the NL in homers.
Ryan Zimmerman is the only one who should be considered to maybe be ahead of him, and Zimmerman is likely the Nationals lone representative unless Livan Hernandez' magic carpet ride continues.
