Tiger wins. I don't know why, but I think he does.
Oh and I wonder how many chicks he has in Dublin?

Can you blame him? The scenery at muirfield is better than the golf and by scenery I'm not talking about the course.

I work right down the street from Muirfield, essentially...if you hear about someone going nuts on the news because of all the traffic...it was probably me. Hate Dublin with a passion, and this week makes me hate it just a little bit more than normal.
With that said...i'll be attending the tournament on Saturday.

That it is indeed. I say Tiger finishes 23rd.

this was Sawgrass, where Tiger 'pulled out'. The women at that tourney are drop dead gorgeous. The place is like a strip club, beautiful ladies and no cameras allowed.

I think Tiger gets top 10 but I wouldnt be surprised if he won it. He always seems to play well at the Memorial.

Dad and I are going tomorrow for the practice round.....Tiger and Jack playing a skins game......the rest of the course should be pretty open.
Had the choice of Wed or Sunday....I just like the atmosphere at the practice rounds.....Sunday is usually cool but I'm doing Wed this year.

Probably because it's a holiday weekend and having it that weekend would mean less patrons.

I would love to hear those convos.
Jack: "So was it worth it?"
Tiger: "I donno..."
Jack: "Hey, pussy's pussy"

Jack: "When I was your age, I used to bone Betty White."
Tiger: "Guess I got your sloppy seconds then."
Jack: "You have a game with which I am not familiar..."

Great time....just got home. We walked the course in reverse and watched a lot of great golf from a lot of great players. Followed young Rickey up close for 4 holes...he's impressive. As we were leaving we stopped and watched Jack, Phil and Ernie tee off and walk 6 feet away from us on #10....pretty impressive group with a silly number of followers and then Tiger in the group behind with Fuyrk and his former caddie fluff.

Tiger with a bit of a slow start; +1 through 9 holes.

Now Even Through 11, with a close shot on 12. He is playing awful. That he can score like that is a testament to his scrambling. But no way he contends at Pebble with his two way miss.

No surprise to see Justin Rose at the top, it's not officially summer yet until Rose shoots a good opening round at Muirfield and then inevitably follows it up with a 76 or something at some point.
As for me, I'll be going on Saturday, hoping McIlroy makes the cut so I can see him in person and hoping for some big names at the top of the leaderboard.

Rose was in the very first group we watched during the practice round.....I've seen and played a lot of golf....but what he was doing EVERY time out of the deep bunker was unbelievable

If I am not mistaken... There are two reasons.
1 - ABC always covered the Memorial and The Indy 500. Scheduling was a problem.
2 - The weather usually was bad and they thought being a week later, they might get better weather. This year... not so much.
