For some reason (as an IU fan) I decided to listen to Bobby Knights press conferences. I stumbled upon some of my favorite "other interviews" and this guy just cracks me up and scares the shit out of me at the same time.

I know he is a college bball coach/analyst. But this is not collage bball related so it belongs on this forum.

The golfing one is my favorite.
The favorite word one has a TON of validity. I think he is correct.
The "motivational" speech is just vintage Knight. Im pretty sure Coach Crean played it after a bad practice last year. When it was over, he said "What Coach Knight said" and walked out

Have eaten dinner with him on many occasions, he and my grandfather are good friends. Nice guy when I have seen him but he does get red!

This is so weird. I was just watching Bob Knight videos on youtube. He is hilarious. I like the Golf outtakes when he keeps yelling at his producer about the writing. And then there is another video where he is talking about his team and how they disappointed him because they got out hustled and he keeps stumbling over his words and his anger escalates so quickly. He starts kicking something on the floor and yells "Take this f'ing show and forget it"

If UNC were to have ever hired Bobby Knight, I would have been in love like no other.

The guy got the most out of his players and was never afraid to speak his mind. For that, I think he's one of the greatest coaches who will ever coach.

I always thought the guy was a bully,attacking the media who help pay his salary. When I hear him on tv I just change the channel. So I will label him a big dick head.

Well thats dumb. He gives better insight as a color analyst than you will find anywhere else.

Also, he never set out to attack the media. Most of his outrages the guy he directed them at had it coming.
