Ubaldo Jimenez, with the greatest ERA (0.78) after 11 games in Major League HISTORY might have a beef with that comment. Not only is he consistently hitting 97-100 mph but those pitches are reportedly moving 9 inches from side to side and 6 inches up and down.

Yeah, Halladay has been awesome but until someone lights up Jimenez, he's top dog on the pitching totem pole.

I'll admit Jimenez has been great too, I don't know why but that completely slipped my mind when I was typing that.
The impressive thing about Jimenez is he's doing it in Homer Happy Coors Field, although that aspect has been diminished a bit by putting the balls in the humidor
