Unfortunately and more than likely, this child's whole life from here on in will not be as long as it could have been had there been any semblance of parenting going on. The parents probably began smoking at a very early age also. Hopefully, it wasn't quite as early as their child began.

I can see him in a few years out back of his preschool lighting up with the janitor and a few teachers on their smoke break.
