I hadn't seen this thread until just now, but if you still want some people to help write I can do MLB, NFL and even the PBA to keep you well-rounded.

Is this site a middle school project? If so, it looks good.

And if your opinion mattered, we would almost give a fuck what you thought.

Been working late this week and barely have time to get on the laptop. I have a few articles in my Inbox right now. I'm planning on putting things up tomorrow and writing a few things myself finally.

Well if you're so great, write an article. Otherwise, no one really gives a fuck about your opinion. If you don't like it, then don't look go to the site. Fucktard.

If you are looking for this to be a legitimate venture, I would strongly consider sending the articles to someone with a Journalism/English background for editing.

It's just starting out. It'll get there. And for the record, no - I don't care. I mistyped a word, who cares? I guess with your Journalism/English background Society, all articles and other writings should be sent to you? What's your email? We'll include you. Doucher.

It was a good one. Even if it is just someone else reading over it. I know proofreading your own work rarely works because you dont catch things that you typed because you understand what you meant and know what is coming. Often you just read over mistakes in your own work.

I honestly don't proofread any of it right now. Hard enough for me to find time to get it posted. That's why I'm looking into a solution for them to post their own content. That way I can read the content and make suggestions rather than spend the whole time designing and formatting.

The site has changed. Writers will be able to submit their articles online and all I have to do is approve them and they are good to go. I would like an editor or two that I'd assign this task to also so we can get content up even faster.

Check out the new layout.

Not a big deal. I'm still trying to find time to write something myself. It took me about 4 to 5 hours to get the new site format setup yesterday. This will be much nicer for everyone to get their things posted faster.

Yeah. Drupal was going to be a pain to install on my hosting and I didn't have the patience to work with it. So far, I like Joomla but I'm still not used to it totally.

Why would Drupal have been a pain? Just curious. I've installed it on multiple shared hosting hosts that didn't offer it as a "one-click" install and it was no problem at all.

Just a heads up on Joomla. It was the software I used in my first job. It's a pain in the ass and the Joomla community at large is far less helpful to newbies than the Drupal community.
