1. This is the first I've heard of the site.
2. The last 3 companies I have worked for aren't even on the site. Only Goodrich (first company I worked for as a real job) is on the list.

Didn't visit the site but glassdoor.com is a pretty legit source of company reviews, salaries, and interview questions.
