Capitalism is supposed to be superior but why does the USA borrow so much from China who are a communist nation with communism?

Communism AKA socialism does not work. I have read it here a thousand times (an understatement) Yet the USA borrows money from China?

Sounds like China has money to spare and of course the USA is far far in debt.

Why is China able to lend money to the USA when we are supposed to be the greatest country on earth?

The United States auctions debt notes on the open "capitalistic" market. It's so open they don't even exclude Communist China!!

1. If you think the economy in China is so good for the normal working person, feel free to move there. You will quickly find a vastly different standard of living for the normal citizen. The average income in China is about $5000/year. Let me know if you can live on that.

2. The fact that our federal government is spending too much money has zero to do with capitalism and all to do with fiscal responsibility.

3. China is operating at a deficit as well, so lets not act like their government is spending money so much better.

4. China's economy, if you knew anything about it, has actually been moving towards capitalistic over the last 20 or so years away from a socialistic economy of the past. They still have a communist government, but they started changing their economy to capitalistic years ago.


So in essence, have a clue what you are talking about before making dumb threads.

Most countries have debt/deficits, most of the debts are owed to citizens of various countries who have money.
