Looks like Lippi made a HUGE mistake not playing Qualiarella in the first two games of this World Cup, kid played with passion and opened things up.

I don't know how serious Karen's being but I'm just in a chops busting mood today haha I'm just messing around for some reason I'm in a good mood for a Thursday morning stuck working in an office.



Back to the topic, the last 15 minutes of that game were the best soccer I've watched so far in the World Cup. If Italy plays like that for the last 30 minutes instead of the last 15 they probably win.

No, he actually was offsides on that one. Linesman got it right today.

Only thing I didn't like was the Slovakians playing dead in stoppage time every time they got touched. It was like they were trying to imitate Italy's normal form.

Im slightly surprised Italy didnt make it out of their group. But it has to be said/questioned....why did they bring in the players they did? This team failed at Euro, and looked even worse in South Africa. That was just terrible.

There are 5 groups w/ the outcomes set. Of those 5, 2 of the winners and 1 second place are from CONCACAF. The other 2 groups do not have a CONCACAF team in it.

LOL wut? CONCACAF only has three teams in it, and Honduras ain't in 2nd place. Plus they have yet to play their 3rd match.

Yeah, CONCACAF only had 3 teams make it right? Honduras is destined to be last, but Mexico and USA are through. USA as the winner and Mehico as second. Im not forgetting anyone am I? Uruguay beat Costa Rica in the playoff....

Now, the South American teams....WOW!

Brazil -- Will Win Group
Chile -- Leading Group by 3 pts, play Spain
Paraguay -- Won Group
Uruguay -- Won Group

Nobody will ever mistake South America as not being a soccer producing nation. They always give you good results.

Like they say, Europeans invented the game, South Americans perfected it.

haha, you know why I did that? Because the original fucking statement was going to be Brazil, but I decided to change it to fit the entire continent of South America and didn't change "nation"...

Asia has done quite well, considering how shit their teams are "supposed" to be. Japan could go through along with South Korea who is through.

Then you have North Korea, and well....lets just forget that team ever existed. Im not even sure Kim Jong Il will let them back into N. Korea anyway.
