Just look below lower right corner of video screen when watching and you'll see embed tab.

The easiest way, which works for most forums is this:



From that link (or any youtube link) take out EVERYTHING EXCEPT what comes AFTER the = sign.. for instance on this video it would be chdWSvVkeV4

Now, take that and put it in between this:

[ youtube ] chdWSvVkeV4 [/ youtube ]

Take away the spaces and you have your video.
